Refund policy
Return and replacement policy:
We provide a 72-hour window for returns and replacements. This means you have up to 72 hours from the moment your package is delivered to submit a return request.
To qualify for a return, the product must remain in the exact condition it was received. It needs to be unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in its primary packaging. You must also provide the receipt or a valid proof of purchase.
To begin the return process, please email us at connect@cosmeticspakistan.com. If your request is approved, you can either ship the items back to the address listed on your invoice or parcel, or we may organize a pickup for valid claims. We will not accept any items that are sent back to us without prior communication.
Feel free to reach out to us at connect@cosmeticspakistan.com for any questions regarding returns. We will send you a notification once your returned item is received and inspected to inform you if the claim is approved. If approved, we will automatically dispatch your replacement items. Please note that it generally takes 5 to 7 business days for the replacement to arrive at your address.
Damages and order issues:
Please check your package carefully as soon as it arrives. Contact us right away if a product is defective, damaged, or if you received an incorrect item. This allows us to assess the situation and resolve it promptly.
Non-returnable items and exceptions:
We cannot accept return requests for reasons such as wanting a different shade or changing your mind about a product, provided you received exactly what you ordered. We also do not process returns based on claims regarding product authenticity, as we guarantee all our inventory is sourced solely from authentic suppliers. Please contact us if you have specific concerns about your purchase.
We cannot process returns for gift cards or items purchased on clearance or sale.
Product exchanges:
The quickest way to get a different item is to return the product you currently have. Once that return is authorized and completed, you can simply place a new, separate order for your desired item.
Order cancellation:
You can cancel an order as long as it has not been shipped out yet. To request a cancellation, please email us at connect@cosmeticspakistan.com or send a WhatsApp message to 03313435958 between Monday and Friday, 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM.
Cosmetics Pakistan and our delivery partners strictly follow safety protocols. Because of this, any order that has already been dispatched cannot be canceled or returned until a delivery attempt has been made. This ensures the security of the package and prevents theft or tampering.
Refunds for canceled orders:
If you cancel a prepaid order before it ships out, we will issue a refund within 2 to 3 business days. The refund will be routed back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow an extra 1 to 2 business days for the funds to officially appear in your bank account.
We also offer the option of a seamless refund via Cosmetics Pakistan store vouchers, which you can easily apply toward any future orders.
